Hello! My name is Rebecca Lloyd. I am a sophomore studying Criminal Psychology here at MTSU. I am very interested in why people do things, especially non-bennificial things. I secretly want to find a reason behind the motives of serial killers, and although I know it is far-fetched, I want to be able to prevent someone from becoming harmful. I am not an American citizen. Instead my citizenship resides in the UK. My favorite thing to do it travel with my family. I have visited over 10 different countries outside of the US and intend on continuing.
Philosophy, to me, is the lack of satisfaction. I have never been satisfied with reasons and excuses to why things are the way they are, and I have a very intriguing imagination. I'd like to think I have always philosophized all my life. I am extremely excited for this class and what it has to offer.
