No joke
Didn't see The Joker, and won't, but Joacquin Phoenix gave a nice speech last night.

Man, simple and sweet. I completely agree, everyone is always in competition with each other, or against one another. If we all would stand together, the possibilities of improvements we can do for our country is endless.
ReplyDeleteIt does not take much to give millions of people the inspiration to stand up and take action for what they believe in. His speech can light a spark in anyone who needs that extra push to achieve personal fulfillment.

ReplyDeletePeople need to make mistakes to be able to grow. We all need to extend a hand to those who make mistakes as opposed to crucifying them for their errors.
Wise words from Joaquin Phoenix. What he's saying is true. Despite all of our differences we can accomplish great feats through unity.

Love this sentiment from such a talented actor. Being his first Oscar that he’s received, he couldn’t talked about a slew of things centered around himself, but he chose to talk about uplifting others. What he actually says is also incredibly true, with one thing everyone has in common is making mistakes. It benefits no one to hold them down for said mistakes
