  1. It is very hard to regulate these symptoms or prevent them when someone is subjected to the harsh college environment...

    1. Exactly some of us have take a lot of classes and do other things so it will be hard to make the to prevent these symptoms. So all we can do is try to live our best and stay positive

  3. Unfortunately, anxiety is something that many people, myself included, deal with and over the years I have come to accept the fact that some days are not going to be good no matter how hard you try. But, when the bad days come they help us appreciate the good days a lot more.

    I was always a worrier growing up; scared of storms, rollercoasters, etc.. But that irrational worry eventually evolved into anxiety where social situations and public speaking are my new "worries." Considering I love a good storm and ride rollercoasters until I can't anymore now, I hope that eventually I outgrow these worries and move onto something else! I understand some people have anxiety that requires medical attention and I am not trying to undermine that, but it's just different for me.

  6. I think it is important to know the difference between anxiety and stress. Basically anxiety is chronic stress and unrelenting and stress is heightened response to external stimuli. Stress is normal and anxiety is considered a mental illness.
