One of my biggest "missions" moving into this year has been attempting to detach myself from my devices as much as I can afford to. It's been an incredibly hard task and I often find myself relapsing on social media platforms and scrolling mindlessly through them for hours with no regard for the passage of time. In many ways, this has been an addiction in a very real sense of the word and when I'm most attached to my phone, I feel that I am most distant from myself. Therefore, on nice days like this past monday, it can be a quite literal breath of fresh air just to get outside and practice some peripatetic exercises for the mind as well as the legs.
If only there was time in the day to have such an outlook.

I found myself locked up all day at work. So, unfortunately, I was not able to enjoy the lovely weather.
