MTSU Sidelines article on our very own Dr. Oliver
http://mtsusidelines.com/2020/02/climate-change-lecture-series-offers-uplifting-philosophical-perspective/
I was checking the front page of our Sidelines publication and saw a familiar name come across the banner. One of the paper's writers, Madeline Portilla, attended Dr. Oliver's climate change lecture and had some nice insights about the event. I especially like the final quote that concludes the piece: “Don’t panic, but don’t stop thinking about tomorrow.”

Thanks for posting this, Hayden! And thanks to Madeline, I'm so glad she saw my hopefulness beneath the surface pessimism. As Mark Twain said, the only thing sadder than a young pessimist is an old optimist... so I'm NOT that, but I am hopeful that enough of your generation will be hopeful enough to act and counter climate change.
