Mar. 3

A convenient-to-campus voting location for Rutherford County voters is the Election Commission office at 1 South Public Square in downtown Murfreesboro, which is open 7a-7p M-F and 8a-noon on the two Saturdays of Early Voting.
For other Rutherford County locations, check here.
If you are voting in person in another Tenn. county, find out times and locations from your specific county election commission.
If you intend to vote by mail, you must first apply for an absentee ballot, and the deadline to apply is by 2/25. There is proper process to apply for a ballot, then you will receive your ballot in the mail, then it must be mailed, and it must be received by your local election commission no later than actual Election Day 3/3 – so apply now! If you need an envelope or stamp to mail in your ballot, come to the ADP office, 221 HONR, and we happy supply those for you.
If you are voting out of state, contact your local election commission or TurboVote Democracy Works.

Are you registered to vote? Check here.
If not registered, registration for the primary is already closed but get registered now for the 2020 presidential election!

  1. This will be my first election I vote in! I'm excited to practice such an amazing privilege we're lucky enough to have here in America. One thing that's hard about voting for the first time is I feel like it's such a big deal who I vote for. What if my candidate ends up doing terrible things? I guess it's just important to be extremely informed and vote who I think will do the most good.
