Moving Forward

A common thread on this episode of the TED Radio Hour: you can't put the grief of major loss "behind you," you must assimilate it. It becomes a part of you. The woman who remarried after her husband died, for instance, says well-meaning friends told her to put him behind her and move forward. She says he's still with her, and now she has two husbands...
