"The pluralistic form takes for me a stronger hold on reality than any other philosophy I know of, being essentially a social philosophy, a philosophy of 'co'"-William James
Both debates were not well moderated. It is a challenge to give each participant appropriate time when you have ten on a stage. Clearly some candidates got more time than others and some realizing that they were not getting time understandably butted in. What choice did they have? I only saw half of the first debate and the next mornings reviews - they seemed to believe that Elizabeth Warren was in the top tier of that group. I did watch last night's and Kamala Harris did put VP Biden in a bind. I don't know how he prepped for the debate, but he hurt himself with some of his responses. I do agree with a couple of reporters who said that he should have anticipated that he might be challenged on a couple of his past positions and statements and would have been better served to have just admitted that he was wrong to have made the statement or supported the position; that's tough to do, but it defuses your opponent quicker than a labored defense which is ineffective.
