I guess... but I sometimes wonder if it's a huge philosophical problem discovered by philosophers or created by them. Again: if you ever really doubt that you're the same person over time, beneath all the surface- and sometimes-deep changes of a lifetime, you may need counseling of an extra-philosophical sort. IMHO
