Cosmic Philosophy Presentation
Hi! This is Erika from section 5 with a short clip on The Fermi Paradox. In the video we will be exploring the possibility of extraterrestrial intelligence and why we have't heard from them if they do exist.
Do you believe there is intelligent life somewhere else in the universe? Why or why not?
If you do believe, what do you think are some of the possible reasons that we haven't made contact?
Is making contact a scary thought process to you? Do you believe that it is safe for us to be sending signals out into the unknown?

I feel as if it’s almost illogical to completely write off the possibility of intelligent life somewhere in the cosmos. A reason could be the sheer scale of the universe as we know it as well as a lack of feasible transportation.
