Declare your midterm report topic and/or the text you'll be reporting on no later than September 27.
MIDTERM REPORT. 500+word blog post (due Oct.10/11) & 5-10 minute presentation (to be scheduled), worth up to 20 runs. Include quiz & discussion questions, relevant graphics, videos, and links with your report. Possible topics include any pre-Descartes philosopher, one of the recommended texts in the right sidebar (or another that has been approved), Stone or This I Believe essay(s)... You may collaborate with one or two others, if you wish to share text/topic, but coordinate among yourselves to avoid redundancy.
If you're using a specific text as the basis for your report, give us a book report/review, indicating what you see as the author's/philosopher's main points and what you think about them. If you like the text and wish to go deeper & further into it, you may use it for the final report as well.
As soon as you know what text or topic you intend to report on, click on "comments" below and stake your claim. Include your section #.
