  1. T5RX Add a central part of shock or surprise to muscle tissues during training. You manage this step by any large amount variety quite a few exercises per muscle. High variety of repetition execution weight and use combinations. Muscle tissues must always do guessing. Do not do the same exercises in the same three week course. http://www.strongtesterone.com/t5rx/

Zeno was a fool, and his paradoxes showed so. While Parmenides may have had some sound logic, Zeno's sounded like the ramblings of a child who wanted to impress a parent on a subject they didn't know after they recently learned to read.

  3. I think Heraclitus means to say everything is always changing. I'm always telling my friends to change and strive to be a better version of themselves because I think it’s a good thing to change. I agree with idea that changing with the time is the key to success throughout life because if you don’t then what you do or say will be irrelevant to the majority. I believe that everyone would want to stay young which is the prime of their physical conditions. But aging is inevitable so accepting the change is the only thing to do to truly be happy with yourself. Why are people hesitant to change? #8
