Section 11: I love this quote! What a nice realization.
ReplyDeleteChange is always good it can help you appreciate what you had, or be happy you’re not there anymore

Section 11
ReplyDeleteFall is my favorite time of year, but I love that the seasons change right as I start to get bored with one.
Section 12
ReplyDeleteFall is the best time of the year because it's hunting season but its also a great time to reflect on the memories made from the previous season. Every season is a time of growth and allows you look back and decide what worked and what didn't.
I actually really look forward to the change of seasons. Though, I do prefer to stay in some seasons longer than others. Fall is honestly the most comfortable season.
ReplyDelete- Cody Maness Section 11
Andrew Miles Section 11 I could not agree with you more honestly, though this summer i had a revelation. I went for an overnight backpacking trip and it was supposed to be really hot. I learned that being in the woods, away from concrete, things were much cooler, and manageable.

ReplyDelete"...walking is not only a joy in itself, but that it gives an intimacy with the sacred things and the primal things of earth that are not revealed to those who rush by on the wheels." JW pg 17
ReplyDeleteJust a really nice quote from the reading.
"There seems no scientific basis to link the disparate acts of walking and thinking, though that didn’t stop Mark Twain from speculating that “walking is good to time the movement of the tongue by, and to keep the blood and the brain stirred up and active.” from gymnasium of the mind
