Given a chance to preserve that, I would in a heartbeat even if that meant having to give up something that I hold so dear. Growing up as an only child I never understood that bond that siblings have with one another, but I always understood that blood is thicker then water. Family was and will always be the most important thing to me, and no matter what the circumstances are I would never let that blind my decision in this particular situation.
