Section 13 GSQUAD

I didn't know who was the author for today since everyone rushed out after the exam. So here goes! For today, we'll be posting about Hegel, Schopenhauer, Mill, Darwin. That's a lot of possible questions and a lot to think about.

  1. FQ: Which philosopher could you consider a hypocrite of his own teachings?
DQ: What take on happiness/reality do you believe in and how does it contradict or affirm the teachings of Hegel, Schopenhauer, or Mills?

  2. Link: http://www.historicalinsights.com/dave/hegel.html
This is a blog someone made about Hegel and how he could embody a dialectic, a determinist, and his philosophy's role in contingency.
