Section 13 Group 3

Class began as usual today. Mr. Phil first talked of important things coming up such as our next exam on Monday 10th and to keep in mind our final project.  He then went over his FQs and DQs as always and then let us create our own. Then we all took a quick quiz. We then delegated Melissa as moderator and me, Shania, as author. Once discussion began my group became quiet vocal ranging from a variety of different topics.
First we choose to discuss how brilliant the eye is but still have so many imperfections for instance many people wear glasses or are blind.  Then we got on to the topic of if there was a spiritual world out there would everyone be perfect?  This is similar to the belief that if you are crippled in any way during life, once you die and go to heaven you are no longer crippled at all.  We then all agreed that we do not have true freedom because of several reasons mentioned by each member of the group. Alex's reason that we are not truly free was because we do not have the freedom of our existence.  In other words we are not given a choice at birth of whether we want to be male or female or if we even want to be human. After that we moved on to a lighter topic.  We talked of the time changed that occurred this weekend and how it plays tricks on your mind days after.  Ricardo's absences were briefly joked about and then it was time to go.

  2. Good job, Group 3, both in covering interesting ground in your discussions and in promptly telling us about it. The only time all three groups' authors post in a timely way, it seems, is when I complain. Now I'm complaining about having to complain. Sigh.
