Section 10; Group 3

Final projects, scorecards, daily posts from the Professor...the site is getting a bit crowded.  We may well have had a post for last Thursday, but I can't find it and want to make sure there is a place for homework (yes, the FQ, DQ and links can be considered homework) to be posted.

Last class we had a different format, using some full class discussion, which was a nice change.  Then we went to our groups and continued.

Brevity is a friend here since we need a place to drop the FQ's, DQ's and links before class.  Have at it, folks.

  1. FQ: What was the nation state adopted the philosophies of Karl Marx in 1917?

DQ: Setting aside any personal belief of if it's right or wrong, do you think Marxism is ever possible?

Link: If you ever feel the desire to read it in its original context, here is the Communist Manifesto, available for download to ebook format. I'm not responsible for whatever government list downloading it may put you on.

(T/F) Kierkegaard was a Christian, and loved the Danish church.

    DQ:
Have you ever made any "leaps into the dark?" Are there any times in your life where you had to make decisions based on faith instead of logic, and if so, why did you make that decision?
