A collaborative search for wisdom, at Middle Tennessee State University and beyond... "The pluralistic form takes for me a stronger hold on reality than any other philosophy I know of, being essentially a social philosophy, a philosophy of 'co'"-William James

Johnathan Carter- Section 10
So, this is a little late of me to post this, but here is my favorite philosopher; Mr.Robin Williams. I know this is scripted, but after watching many of his interviews you can see that this is his own personal philosophy. Plus, to add to what we are talking about now, in the scene Will and Dr. Maguire are outside philosophizing; similar to the peripatetic philosophy. Now to the good stuff. In the scene, Dr. Maguire talks about actually knowing what something feels like rather than quote things similar to the situation. "If I asked you about love you'd probably quote me a sonnet." So here is my discussion question; What are your thoughts on "living"? Along with that, what are your thoughts on wisdom versus knowledge?
