The A Team - Section 16

So sorry for the this extremely late post! But Wednesday we discussed our topic for our midterm and distributed jobs and assignments to each group -- which is Batman and Philosophy. Xoe in fact has the book that belongs to this specific topic, and Ben has read it before, so we decided to split up the book into fourth and each create our own little research project with a partner within the group.

4 Speakers: Jordan, Ben Maiya and Chelsea

Book 1: Xoe and Jordan
Book 2: Damon and Maiya
Book 3: Ben and Bianca
Book 4: Chelsea, Jake and Austin

Has anyone been able to do any research over the weekend. or come up with any good ideas? I know that Ben and I are going to start working on this ASAP!

FQ: What did Aquinas believe the first uncaused cause was? (God)
    Is God supremely good?
Don't forget that we are also making powerpoint slides or notes to send to me so I can make the powerpoint presentation!

(16-1) Is Batman really all that philosophical, or is it more sociological?
FQ: According to Anselm, why is God god? (God is the most perfect being)
DQ: Does the most perfect being necessarily mean the most powerful being?

  7. Your group seems to be on the ball as far as the project goes and the batman idea seems really interesting.
