Hello all. For my project I created a blog and posted/am still in the editing process of posting. I wanted to share it before it was finished to get your feedback and ideas. ReplyDeleteWhen it comes to the question if making meth to support you family, I say it's not justified. You have to think of the bigger picture. He is doing this to support his family and pay for medical bills. But, think of all the addicts that he is pushing. They’re going out and committing crimes to support their habits. This is why drugs are illegal. You have the right to do whatever you want with your body, it's when you start breaking into other people’s houses to support your habit is when it becomes a problem. Most crime in the U.S. is drug related. That’s why they crack down on it so hard.
ReplyDeleteSo when you ask is he justified? I say no because he is hurting more in his community then he is protecting in his family. Try to think of the big picture. This is still a difficult decision, because we all want to put family first. But, at what price?
I have to agree with David. It's good to support your family, it's better to do so in a way that's not destructive of your community.
