section 8 special group 6 NEW**

Group 6 talked about the bottom of page 266 there were some very interesting italicized words that I thought would be appropriate for discussion. We eat, excrete, sleep, and get up; This is our world. All we have to do beyond that is to die.
Thinking about the discussion.  Why, I wonder does it have to be that blunt? Or maybe it wants you to think that it is being too lame or too blunt for your life, so therefore you might decide to challenge yourself more in your life. Something beyond eating, excreting, sleeping, and getting up. Possibly even something that can help make the world a better place, or being a role model or being President. Somebody's got to be President! But as so long as you make some sort of challenge for yourself than the "normal criteria" as listed above, then you are probably doing something for the better just for you.

Factual question.   On the same page it also tells us that Ikkyu lived from 1394 to 1481.

  1. It all depends on attitude. More negative people will look at it as dull and that all we do is eat, excrete, sleep, and get up. More positive people think there is more out there.
