Group 3 (17)

Sorry for the delayed post group members!!

After discussing David Hume last week our questions were:

T or F: Hume believed that "we don't need religion for morality... Religion itself got it's morality from everyday morality in the first place

True

Is human nature good or bad?

  1. I think that human nature is subjective and that we are molded by society.

  3. I think that human nature is circumstantial. We are given rules that make our nature "good" or "bad." Animals do things with no consciousness of good or bad, it's just their nature. I think the same applies to humans. We have deemed certain things "bad," which therefore changes the meaning of our nature.
